Account
Login and go to My Account, click My Orders tab.
Login and go to My Account, click Download Credits tab.
Login and go to My Account, click Subscriptions tab, then click on subscription plan you want to cancel. You'll see subscription details with cancel button. Simply click cancel and click confirm again.
Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription through your PayPal account in "Manage automatic payment".
Login and go to My Account, click Edit Account tab.
On login page, click "Forgot your password" link and enter your email. You'll receive a link to set new password.
All comments posted on WPFinal are moderated. We remove spam comments containing advertisements, links to other websites, etc. We also delete comments regarding any errors on the website after they have been fixed.
Please note that we do not provide support through comments. If you have any problems, please contact us using our contact form
Finding Items
The best way to find the item is by typing the name of an item in the search box.
If you don’t know the item name, you can search with the category of plugin/theme, for example, seo, backup, portfolio, directory, etc., and choose from the search results.
Alternatively, you can navigate by brand of the item
If you could not find the item you need, then we do not have it. All available plugins and themes are already listed on the website.
Also, we regularly buy new plugins and themes, usually bestsellers and trendy items, but we can’t buy absolutely everything that is on the market. You can request an item, but we don’t promise that we will buy and add it in the future.
Here are some options for you:
- On each item page, there is a link to the official sales page which you can learn more about the item, look at the features, demos, etc.
- Check out reviews of your interested items to find pros and cons, as well as other important details the reviewers found.
- You can test the theme/plugin by yourself (you already have download credits!) and see how it actually works and whether you like it or not.
Unfortunately, we do not offer this kind of service.
Installation and Updates
1) Log into your WordPress website.
2) Go to “Appearance” > “Themes”.
3) Click the “Add New” button at the top of the page.
4) Click the “Upload Theme” button at the top of the page.
5) Select the .zip file of the theme.
6) Click the “Install Now” button.

2) Go to “Plugins” > “Add New”.
3) Click the “Upload Plugin” button at the top of the page.
4) Select the .zip file of the plugin.
5) Click the “Install Now” button.
If you’re using WordPress Version 5.5 or higher, you can update themes and plugins by uploading .zip file within your WordPress dashboard (the same as installing new theme or plugin) without deleting the old version. The new version will replace the old one automatically.
If your WordPress Version is lower than 5.5, we recommend that you install Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades plugin. Once you installed and activated it, you can update any themes or plugins by simply uploading .zip file within your WordPress dashboard.
Please note ‒ we DON’T recommend deleting old version before uploading new version. In this case, your settings may not be preserved as in many items when they are removed there is a function to clear settings from the website database.
Web Hosting
Here are basic requirements for your host:
- PHP version 7.4 or greater
- MySQL version 5.7 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.3 or greater
- Apache or NGINX server with mod_rewrite module
- HTTPS support (recommended, but not required)

In addition, to avoid getting errors when using any themes or plugins, we recommend these PHP settings as a minimum:
- max_execution_time = 600
- max_input_time = 400
- max_input_vars = 5000
- memory_limit = 256M
- post_max_size = 128M
- upload_max_filesize = 128M

These hosts are okay and have all necessary features to run WordPress websites. But the above recommended hosts are better in terms of overall quality and performance.
